Market Research/Opportunity Studies Services
LatinCo provides various degrees of export market research depending on product and industry of interest. A detailed, comprehensive report is compiled with emphasis on market information, competitive analysis, price points and other relevant issues.

Strategy Formation

LatinCo will identify, qualify, and contract with its in-country strategic alliances for extension of sales and post-sales services. We will provide professional management consulting to support qualified strategic alliances. Through LatinCo's Distributor Selection Program, our systematic approach to prospering in Latin America by locating synergistic strategic alliances, LatinCo will (1) define the need, (2) identify a possible distributor, (3) qualify that distributor, and (4) guide the partner courtship.
  1. Definition of need: Clients needs and objectives will be carefully evaluated to determine the nature of the project. LatinCo will gather relevant information and determine a course of action that will allow the client to meet its international expansion objectives.


  2. Identification: LatinCo's vast network of relationships will help identify a possible distributor through "LatinCoNET," Industry Players and trade analysis.


  3. Qualification: To qualify an alliance, LatinCo will analyze company profiles (including product lines, company history, reputation in marketplace and infrastructure), the company's financial stability through credit investigation and by contacting the company's clients for reference points and to ensure proper due diligence.


  4. LatinCo Client - Partner Courtship: To guide your relationship with a strategic alliance, LatinCo will organize an introductory meeting and arrange a visit to the potential partner's headquarters. LatinCo will explore synergies and mutually beneficial opportunities as well as assist in term sheet and contract negotiations.


Business Plan Implementation

Once we have your needs and thoughts for your products and/or services, LatinCo will develop a comprehensive Business Plan, based in our real world experience and the knowledge that our team brings.
