With extensive experience in the consumer goods segment, Claudio has worked in national companies, family controled or publicly traded, as well as multinationals from different origins. He held Vice-presidency and CEO positions in companies, both in Brazil and in Latin American countries, such as: Coca-Cola, Cervejaria Molson Coors, Bauducco, Parmalat, Grupo Constancio Vieira, Vonpar, Brasil Kirin and others; experienced processes of restructuring, redefinition of strategy, turnaround and growth. As an executive, he also participated in Board positions in companies with governance processes already structured, as well as those in the implementation phase.

MATHEUS RAMPAZZO, Marketing & New Client Development

A Technological Professional, graduated in Production Engineering from Universidade Vila Velha in 2018, Business Administration at Oglethorpe University in Atlanta in 2015. Completed an internship at ArcelorMittal Tubarão S.A for two years (2017/2018), in the Marketing and Market Intelligence field, working directly in data extraction, analysis, research, and decision making for strategic purposes. In 2019 he worked at INTERLAB in Istanbul, a Multinational company in the chemical and laboratory sector, working in the areas of Sales and Export. Responsible for business in Latin American countries and assisting in Europe/Asia/Middle East demands.

Executive Assistant to the Chairman and President since 2011. Administrative Director for Oak Group Properties Inc and Iventure Brasil. Graduated in Social Work from Georgia State University and worked with New American Pathways, a nonprofit with the mission of helping refugees relocate and thrive in Georgia.

Senior Vice President of LatinCo and member of its Advisory Board. Chairman of the Board of Tapps and Founder and Owner of Speciale Lavanderias. After serving in the Brazilian Navy as a Naval Engineer, had a 30-yrs career as Vice-Chairman and CEO of Startup Capital, Commercial Vice President of Ampla-Endesa, Executive Director of Vicunha’s Garment Division, Marketing Director of BankBoston Brazil, President of Tampico Beverages South Latin America Group, Director at The Coca-Cola Company's GP&T Latin America Group, and various sales and operations senior management positions at Panamco (Coca-Cola Femsa).

PAULO A. WENCESLAU, Senior Strategic Associate

Wenceslau´s professional background has been developed mainly under Finance, Operations and Marketing.

He started his professional career as an auditor, working for BC&C, the largest Brazilian auditing company and Arthur Andersen, the largest multinational auditing company at that time. Afterwards, he worked for four different companies in different industries, and started at The Coca-Cola Company in Brazil in 1997. He worked for 16 years for Coca-Cola, in different areas under Finance, Marketing, Trade Marketing and Operations. During his tenure with Coca-Cola, he had the opportunity to work also on the Bottler side, which contributed to broaden his business experience. In his last position at Coca-Cola he was the Marketing & Trade Marketing Director for the North Region of Brazil.

In 2012 he joined The Latin American Company and since then he has been playing a very important and strategic role, leading relevant M&A projects in the Latin American territory, mainly in Brazil.

MILO S. COGAN, GENERAL COUNSEL

Milo Cogan is General Counsel for The Latin-American Company, and is a Partner at FisherBroyles, LLP, the Next Generation Law Firm. His practice consists primarily of commercial litigation and dispute resolution, and he is admitted to practice in all Georgia courts, as well as in the United States District Courts for the Northern and Middle Districts of Georgia, and the 11th Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals. He is also President and Board Member of The Coromega Company

He is a member of the Georgia Bar Association and the American Bar Association, and is AV rated in Martindale-Hubbell.

JOSE C. CARVALHO, PARTNER & EVP (Emeritus)

Jose C. Carvalho

José C. Carvalho is a Partner at the LatinCo and serves as the Executive Vice President; Mr. Carvalho also serves as a key member of the LatinCo's Advisory Board.

In the 1980's, Mr. Carvalho was President and CEO of J.C. Consulting Ltd., an operations management-consulting firm dedicated to serving numerous Brazilian enterprises, including Coca Cola, The Coffin Group (Coke Bottler), The Brazilian Industries Associates, VIPART, as well as C.I.E.C. In addition, Mr. Carvalho led the strategic planning and campaign development and execution of Senator Dr. Jones Santos Neves, a constituent to Brazil's National Congress, where Senator Neves was elected and re-elected for a second term.
